If the police scanner allows vehicles in Indiana?
Is it legal for a vehicle of the police radio (receiver) scanner in the cab of a privately owned motor during operation of the vehicle in the State of Indiana? Does it matter if the device is off?
From what I have of the law of Indiana No, you can not read breaking the law by receiving. or sampling frequency, however, that could change if the use of a scanner to monitor channels while the police of committing a crime, then break another law
