It's a headset forbidden UK use a car?
I'm confused, which is not on the legal handsfree. I all hands-free kit was legal, but last night my mother was arrested and "scolded" because your hands free – which was not really use the time – Was "illegal"? The police very, very angry, my mom and I'm angry, it was only a walk along the receiver in the ear, or by the time came home she was crying about everything. I would put all my facts straight before I control this. The officer also said he was not allowed to use any of earplugs / earphones while driving, and the handsfree was all that was fixed on the dashboard. Ive looked through Internet, but not a definitive answer to that – ironically, when the rules are for it in terms so obscure. Thanks in advance! Kelly
It's a little present a gray area. Hands-free means not to touch the phone to answer calls or make calls. So if you have a headset Buetooth set it to automatically respond or you can touch listeners to answer the call. With one goes directly into the phone, if you have a button on the handset (most do), then the press and not touch. If there is only one key on the phone without MIC, I see that not only illegal, since touching the phone. If you have changed the law, then is clearly has not affected much. I can see why the use of headphones can be distracting, but it sure is the same as the radio at full volume. I think you should go to police station and see what they say, seems a bit strange.
